SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
1/2 c. minced onion
2 tsp. salt
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 lg. can tomato puree
3/4 can water
1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
1 can water
1 tsp. sage
3 tsp. green peppers
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/8 tsp. curry powder
1/2 c. chopped celery
Dash cayenne pepper
Dash black pepper
1 tsp. hot seeds (opt.)
3 tsp. sugar
2 tbsp. salad oil

Brown 1 pound hamburger for meat sauce or the meatballs. Add onions, garlic, celery and peppers. Add remaining ingredients. Cook until thickness desired.
