DOUBLE QUICK DINNER BUNS 
3/4 c. warm water
1 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. sugar
2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/4 c. soft butter

Dissolve yeast in water. Add sugar, salt and 1/2 of flour. Beat 2 minutes. Add egg, butter and beat in remaining flour. Let rise until double in size. Stir down and fill greased muffin cups 1/2 full. Let rise until again double in size. Bake at 425 degrees 10 minutes.
