TWO CRUST LEMON PIE | |
2 c. sugar 1/4 tsp. salt 4 eggs 2 tsp. grated lemon peel (optional) 6 tbsp. flour 6 tbsp. soft butter 3/4 c. water 7 tbsp. ReaLemon juice Combine sugar, flour, and salt. Blend in butter. Add eggs, water, lemon peel, and juice. Pour into crust and cover with top crust. Brush crust with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 400 degrees for 30-35 minutes. |
