1 pkg. Oreo cookies
2 sm. boxes instant vanilla pudding
3 c. milk
1 stick butter, softened
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
12 oz. Cool Whip
1 c. confectioners' sugar

Crush entire package of Oreos - layer bowl half in bottom of dish. Reserve remaining cookies. In 1 bowl, whip together pudding and milk for about 3 minutes.

In another bowl, whip together softened butter, softened cream cheese, Cool Whip and confectioners' sugar. Mix contents of both bowls together and spoon over Oreos in dish. Top with remaining crushed Oreos. Refrigerate. (You can substitute sugar-free pudding, and Equal sugar substitute for sugar. I use light cream cheese.)
