BAKED STUFFED CLAMS 
2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans minced clams, undrained
1/2 stick butter
2-3 stalks celery, finely diced
1 onion, finely diced
1/2 green pepper, finely diced
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
3/4 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
Paprika to taste

1. Saute onion, green pepper and celery in butter.

2. Add clams and spices. Simmer until vegetables are tender.

3. Remove from heat and mix in cracker crumbs. Let stand 5-10 minutes.

4. Place in baking shells (clams may be frozen at this point for future use). Sprinkle with paprika.

5. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
