1 pkg. (3 oz.) strawberry Jello (or other flavor)
1 can (46 oz.) pineapple juice
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 qt. boiling water
1 qt. cold water
Ginger ale

Mix Jello and sugar with hot water to dissolve. Add juice and cold water. Mix well and freeze. Add ginger ale when serving.
