BAKED VEGETABLE DISH 
1 can shoe peg corn, drained
1 can French style green beans, drained
1 c. chopped green onion
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c. sour cream
1 c. Ritz crackers, crumbled
1/2 stick butter, melted

Mix all but crackers and butter in large shallow baking dish. Sprinkle soaked cracker crumbs on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
