1 bottle Wishbone salad dressing (Russian)
1 sm. jar peach or apricot preserves
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
2 frying chickens, cut up

Put chicken in roasting pan. Mix ingredients together and pour over chicken making sure all pieces are coated. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours. Bake covered for 1 hour, uncover and baste the last 1/2 hour occasionally.

I think every new bride is given this dish to try. It is easy and always turns out well.
