PASTA SEAFOOD SALAD 
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. horseradish
1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
1 lb. pasta shells, small
8 to 10 oz. imitation crab meat
4 oz. peas
1/2 c. red onion, chopped
1/2 c. fresh cilantro or 2 to 3 tbsp. cilantro

Mix well and chill.
