1 1/2 c. Crisco shortening
1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
1 1/2 c. flour

Blend all ingredients well with mixer. Place in jar and store at room temperature. NOTE: This mixture will last indefinitely. Apply with pastry brush when recipe calls for greased and floured pans.
