ST. FRANCIS CHILI RECIPE 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 lg. can crushed tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2-3 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. red pepper

Brown ground beef, drain off fat. Saute onion and pepper. Then combine all ingredients in large saucepan and simmer for 1 hour to thicken and blend flavors. I'm not sure who originated this recipe. From what I've been told, it has been passed down to each "hot dog mom" for several years.
