SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
3 lbs. chop meat
1 c. flavored bread crumbs
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
Salt and pepper
1 lg. jar (can) beef gravy

Combine all ingredients except gravy. Mix well and shape into medium size balls. Brown in butter or bake for 15 minutes in oven at 350 degrees. Add gravy and put in slow cooker for 1 hour. Makes 50 medium size meatballs.
