CROWD BURGERS | |
2 lbs. ground sirloin 1 c. onions, finely chopped 1 c. drained pickle relish or chopped dill pickle 2 tbsp. dry mustard Salt & pepper to taste Sliced American cheese Hamburger buns Cook meat until done and cool. Add onion, pickle relish, salt and pepper, sprinkle dry mustard over meat, stir well. Place generously on bun, cover with a slice of cheese and top of bun. Wrap in foil, seal tightly. Place in hot oven for 20 minutes. Crowd burgers can be made in advance and frozen and placed in the oven when needed. |
