VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
Potatoes
Broccoli
Onio ns
Carrots
Yellow (summer) squash
Zucchini
Tomatoes, quartered

Put small amount of oil in a kettle. Slice potatoes, onions and squash. Round rings of carrots quartered. Add salt and pepper to taste. Steam until done. Layer in casserole dish. At 1/2 way point cover with buttered bread crumbs and 1/2 package Mozzarella cheese. (12 ounce package will do large casserole.) Continue layering and do the same on top with bread crumbs and Mozzarella cheese.

This can be made as large or small as desired.
