ROULADEN 
6 to 8 thinly sliced steaks (for rolling brasciole)
Mustard (Guldens)
Bacon
Onion
Kosher dill pickles
Pepper

Dice bacon and onion. Spread mustard on meat (center) add a little pepper. Put spoonful of onion and bacon on meat. Place a thinly sliced pickle on meat. Roll (start with small end) and secure with toothpick. Brown in oil in Dutch oven.

Add a little onion to brown in gravy. When meat is brown, add hot water (for gravy). Don't cover the meat with water. Cover and simmer 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Remove meat - make gravy - season gravy to taste.
