1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
6 tbsp. butter
1 sm. can milk (Pet, Milnot)
1 pkg. Kraft caramels (14 oz.)
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. chocolate chips

Make German cake mix according to package. Into a 9 x 13 inch pan, pour 1/2 of the batter in the greased pan and bake for 18 minutes.
