CREAMY CHICKEN AND RICE 
1 bag Success rice, cooked
1 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli (or fresh)
2 c. chopped cooked chicken
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. milk
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Salt & pepper to taste

Spread rice in buttered baking dish. Arrange broccoli over rice and top with chicken. Blend soup, sour cream, milk, lemon juice and half of cheese. Add salt and pepper. Spread over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
