HERB CHEESE BREAD 
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. minced parsley
1 tsp. mixed Italian herbs, crumbled
1 (13 3/4 oz.) pkg. hot roll mix
Small amount yellow cornmeal
2 tbsp. melted butter

Prepare hot roll mix as directed, let rise. Stir cheese, parsley, herbs into hot roll after first rising, make into dough per box directions. Place in 9"x5"x3" loaf pan, pan should be greased and lightly sprinkled with cornmeal. Let rise to double. Make slashes across top 1 1/2" deep. Brush with melted butter, sprinkle with cornmeal. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
