1 lb. pkg. thick sliced bacon, cut in thirds, crosswise Make a batter of: 1/2 c. vinegar 1 1/4 tsp. red pepper 1 1/4 tsp. dry mustard Crush very fine: one "stick" Ritz crackers and one "stick" saltines. Dip bacon in batter, then in crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees on cookie sheet for 10 to 12 minutes, turning once. | |
