UPSIDE DOWN RHUBARB CAKE 
3 c. rhubarb, chopped
3/4 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) strawberry gelatin

Mix together and put into 13 x 9 inch cake pan that has been sprayed with Pam. Mix together one yellow cake mix according to directions. Pour over fruit mixture. Bake a little longer than cake package says. If toothpick comes out clean, the cake is done. Turn upside down on serving dish. Serve with whipped cream.
