Thaw peas; do not cook. Mix all ingredients with enough mayonnaise to hold together. Refrigerate. Will keep a long time.

Better if refrigerated overnight.

In a serving bowl, combine the peas, ham, cheese, and onions. Pour dressing over the top, toss to coat evenly.

Combine all ingredients except bacon. Chill. Garnish with bacon just before serving.
