Roll in chopped pecans or mix pecans with other ingredients and form into balls. Chill about 8 hours. Makes 2 good size balls.

In a bowl, combine the first 5 ingredients; mix well. Shape into 3/4-inch balls. Roll in parsley. Cover and chill. Yield: 8 servings (2 dozen).

Mix all ingredients reserving 1/2 cup nuts. Chill completely. Form a ball and roll in remaining nuts.

Mix the first 5 ingredients plus 1/2 cup nuts. Form into a ball and coat with remaining nuts. Refrigerate several hours before serving.
