1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained 3/4 c. finely chopped green pepper 1 tbsp. chopped onion Seasoned salt to taste 2 c. chopped walnuts Mix all ingredients except nuts. Form into ball or roll and coat with nuts. | |

This is the best cheese ball I have ever tasted !!! I still make my usual cheddar cheese one with garlic and rolled in paprika (pretty at Christmas) but this one tastes a lot better and I have to make 2. One doesn't last very long.
