Cream - for thinner soup use chicken broth and (skim) milk to the consistency you like.

Brown sausage meat in Dutch ... serving. Makes 3 1/2 quarts. (This soup is delicious the first time you have it, but leftovers are even better!)

Brown sausage and celery in soup pot; drain off excess fat. ... green pepper. Cook covered 20 minutes. Serve with garlic bread and Parmesan cheese.

Put water in a large ... onions, tomatoes, squash, tomato sauce, salt and pepper. Simmer 20 minutes. Sprinkle parsley over the top of the soup.

Place first set of ingredients in soup pot and cook over medium ... pink remains. Add second set of ingredients and cook over low heat for 1 hour.



Put all ingredients into blender and blend. Makes creamy soup.

Remove skins, cut up and brown sausage. Add onion and celery, saute 10 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer 1/2 hour.

Mix all ingredients together in large saucepan. Cook until tender. Cool soup, then puree in blender or food processor.

Brown sausage and drain off ... grated cheese with 4 eggs; pour over hot soup and cook for 10 minutes, or until firm. Serve with garlic bread.

Melt butter in large pot ... broth and bring soup to boil. Reduce heat and ... blender. Return to pot. Bring soup to simmer. Top with sour cream.
