In a blender or a food processor fitted with the metal blade, process yogurt, honey and cheese just until blended. Makes about 1 cup.

Combine egg yolk, salt, sugar, ... all oil has been added and mayonnaise is thick and smooth. Stir in crumbled bleu cheese. 1 1/4 cups dressing.

Crush garlic with salt. Blend ... vinegar and 1/2 of the cheese. Put mixture into blender and add salad oil. Stir in remaining crumbled cheese.

Put all ingredients, except bleu cheese, in blender and blend until smooth. Stir in bleu cheese. Chill. Makes 2 1/2 cups.

Put all above in blender except Bleu cheese. Stir in crumbled Bleu cheese.



Mince garlic and salt, add sugar, mustard, and vinegar. Add all to mayonnaise and buttermilk and cheese. Makes 6 quarts.

Blend well. Store in refrigerator. Makes 1 quart.

Mix in blender and chill.

Mix together and store in refrigerator.

Combine cheese, onion and garlic in a small bowl. Mix well. Add remaining ingredients. Beat 2 minutes, or until smooth. Chill.
