31. JALAPENO CHEESE DIP

Saute onion in butter. Melt cheese in double boiler. Add other ingredients. Serve hot. Makes 3 cups.

32. SAUSAGE - CHEESE HOT DIP

Brown sausage; drain and set aside. In double boiler melt cheese, milk and soup. Add sausage, peppers and taco sauce. Serve hot with nacho chips

Cook sausage until crisp. Drain well on paper towels. Heat all remaining ingredients until well blended. Add sausage. Serve with chips.

Brown sausage, drain fat. Stir all ingredients together. Serve warm with your favorite chips.

36. NON-DAIRY "MELTY CHEESE"

Blend cashews in a bit ... Great as a dip or cheese sauce. Tastes just like it. ... Use 3 tablespoons arrowroot (cornstarch) for dip or spread.
