1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. pimento

Mix together and chill.

1/3 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. dill weed

Mix and chill.
