Slice and cook carrots in salted water with a ... ingredients, blended well. Pour over vegetables and refrigerate overnight. Good for one week or longer.

Cook chicken in boiling water ... set aside. Add carrots and more oil if needed ... Serve at once with rice and radishes for garnish. Serves 2.

Heat to boiling point only.

If you want, mix together with 1 bottle Zesty Italian dressing.

Mix enough for the color. You can use other desired vegetables. Pour the dressing over and mix together. Make 12-24 hours before serving.

Cook carrots until tender. Combine all ingredients and marinate for 12 hours. Drain and serve cold. Serves 8. (Keeps in refrigerator 6 weeks.)
