COPPER COINS 
5 c. sliced carrots
1 med. onion, diced
1 green pepper, diced
1/2 c. salad oil
1 c. sugar
1 can tomato soup
3/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. prepared mustard

Cook carrots until tender. Combine all ingredients and marinate for 12 hours. Drain and serve cold. Serves 8. (Keeps in refrigerator 6 weeks.)
