Put the milk in double boiler and heat ... stop when the custard coats the spoon. Be sure ... stove, add vanilla and blend. Chill and serve cold.

Beat eggs well; add sugar, salt and scalded milk. Cook over boiling water until liquid coats spoon. Add vanilla. Chill.

Mix eagle brand milk and pudding, then add skim milk. Chill 1 hour.

Cook in a double boiler, beating often with electric mixer until thick. Strain if necessary for smoothness. Cool and store in refrigerator.
