VARIETY HOT DISH 
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 med. onion
1/2 can tomato soup
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 c. water
3 lg. potatoes, sliced
1 can peas (or frozen)
1 c. cooked carrots

Brown hamburger and onions. Heat to boiling soup and water. Precook carrots. Put a layer of potatoes, then layer of meat, layer of vegetables; repeat. Pour hot soup mix over top. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
