FRUIT PIZZA 
First, take 1 package Pillsbury refrigerator sugar cookie roll, slice and spread out on a cookie sheet. Bake according to directions on package at 350 degrees.

After the cookie base chills, spread a mixture of 8 oz. soft cream cheese and 8 oz. Cool Whip on top of cookie base.

Then assemble assorted fruit (I try to use strawberries, kiwi, blueberries, and raspberries but you can use anything you want.) Then brush on the glaze which is:

1/2 c. sugar
Dash of salt
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. water

Stir sugar, salt, cornstarch; gradually add liquid. Boil 1 minute. Cool to room temperature and brush on. Refrigerate pizza. Can make a day ahead.
