SESAME PORK RIBS | |
3/4 cup Packed Brown Sugar 1/2 cup Soy Sauce 1/2 cup Ketchup 1/4 cup Honey 2 tbsp. Cider Vinegar 3 cloves Garlic- Minced 1 Large Ground Ginger 1 tsp. Salt 1/4-1/2 tsp. Red Pepper Flakes 5 lb. Country-Style Ribs 1 Medium Onion-Sliced 2 tbsp. Toasted Sesame Seed 2 tbsp. Green Onion In large bowl combine first 9 ingredients. Add ribs and turn to coat. Place onion in slow cooker. Arrange ribs on top. Cover and cook on low 5-6 hours. Place ribs on serving platter. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions. Serves 6. |
