OLD FASHIONED EGG CUSTARD 
2 eggs
1 tbsp. flour
1 c. sweet milk
1 c. sugar
Butter size of walnut
A dash of nutmeg

Beat eggs; add flour, mix thoroughly. Add milk, sugar and butter. Mix. Pour into favorite pie shell and add a generous sprinkling of nutmeg. Bake in moderate oven until custard becomes firm.
