OKRA OYSTERS 
2 c. fresh or frozen okra
1 tbsp. butter
1 egg
2 tbsp. cornmeal
1 tbsp. flour
Salt & pepper

Cook okra until soft enough to mash with potato masher. Mix with butter and other seasonings. Beat egg slightly; add flour and cornmeal. Then add to the okra mixture. Add more flour if necessary, to make the patties the size of oysters. Roll in cornmeal and brown in oil.
