2 rolls chocolate chip ready-bake cookies
2 c. sugar
16 oz. cream cheese
3 eggs

Cut first roll of cookies to cover bottom of 10 x 13 inch pan. Mix together sugar, cream cheese and eggs until creamy. Pour on top of cookies. Cut second roll of cookie sand place on top of cream cheese mixture. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
