FRANK POTATO CHOWDER 
2 c. diced raw potatoes
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1/4 c. chopped onion
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. flour
1/8 tsp. white pepper
3 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter
2 chicken bouillon cubes
8 oz. frankfurters (thinly sliced)

In large pan combine potatoes, vegetables, onion, bouillon cubes and salt. Add 1 cup water and bring to a boil. Cover and boil gently for 15-20 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Add frank slices.

Blend flour, white pepper and milk. Stir into vegetables and bring to boiling. Cook and stir 2 minutes more. Add butter. Top servings with paprika and more paprika. Makes six servings.
