CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 chicken breasts (boneless)
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tube Ritz crackers
1 stick melted butter

Cook chicken until tender. Chop into bite size pieces. Combine chicken, sour cream and soup and pour into greased casserole dish. Crush crackers and sprinkle over top. Drizzle with melted butter.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
