EASY SLICED PICKLES 
3 lbs. sliced thin cucumbers or pickles (not peeled)
2 sliced onions
2 green peppers, chopped

Mix together: 2 c. vinegar 2 tbsp. salt

Mix cucumbers or pickles with onion and peppers. Pour the sugar/vinegar over the pickles (cold). Put into large jar or crock. Cover. Let stand 24 hours in refrigerator before using. Keeps for 6 months, in the refrigerator.
