RICE PILAF 
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. raw rice
1/4 c. Rosa Marina or Orzo (pasta)
2 1/2 c. chicken stock

Melt butter. Add pasta and onions. Saute until golden brown. Do not let butter turn brown. Add rice, salt to taste and chicken stock. Bring to boil, cover and simmer until done.
