CRUNCHY ROMAINE TOSS 
1 c. chopped almonds
1 tbsp. butter
1 head romaine lettuce
1 c. sweet & sour dressing
1 pkg. ramen noodles, broken up
1 bunch broccoli, coarsely chopped
4 green onions

Dressing:

1 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. red wine vinegar
salt & pepper to taste
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. soy sauce

Blend all ingredients well.

Brown almonds and noodles in butter. Cool on paper towel. Combine noodles and almonds with broccoli, romaine lettuce and onions. Pour on dressing and toss.
