RHUBARB MARMALADE | |
9 c. rhubarb 9 c. sugar 3 ground oranges 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drain part 1/2 c. ground walnuts, if desired Mix together rhubarb and sugar; let stand overnight. Peel 1 orange so you use only the rind from 2 oranges). Combine all ingredients and bring to a boil. Boil hard for approximately 15-20 minutes. Seal in sterilized jars. |
