FRUITZA PIZZA 
1 (18 oz.) roll refrigerator sugar cookies
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 (4 1/2 oz.) Cool Whip
2 sliced bananas
1 can mandarin oranges
1 pt. halved strawberries
1 lb. can peaches, drained
1 (8 oz.) can chunk pineapple, drained

Slice cookies 1/8 inch thick. Arrange on lightly greased pizza pan, 1/4 inch from edge. Press to seal. Bake 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned. Blend cream cheese with Cool Whip and spread on cool crust. Arrange all fruit to decorate top of pizza. Top with glaze.

ORANGE GLAZE (Fruita Pizza) :

1/2 c. sugar
Dash salt
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. water

Sift together sugar, salt and cornstarch; place in saucepan. Add orange juice, lemon juice and water. Cook over medium heat until thickened, then boil, stirring constantly for 1 minute. Spoon glaze over Fruita Pizza.
