1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. milk
1 pkg. lemon instant pudding and pie filling
1 1/2 c. chilled cooked Uncle Bens rice
1 (9 inch) graham cracker pie crust
1/2 c. sour cream
Fresh strawberries slices or other fruit for garnish

Beat cottage cheese using an electric mixer until fairly smooth. Add milk and pudding mix; beat until blended. Stir in rice. Spoon into prepared crust. Spread sour cream over top before serving. Garnish with fruit.
