CHRISTMAS CAKE 
1 lb. Brazil nutmeats
1 lb. English walnut nutmeats
1 lb. pecan nutmeats
2 lb. pitted dates, or less
1 lg. bottle Maraschino cherries, drained
1 sm. bottle green cherries, drained
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
4 lg. eggs

Leave all fruit and nutmeats whole. Put into a very large pan for mixing. Sift over the fruit and nut mixture the dry ingredients. Mix well until all fruit and nut mixture is coated. Pour over this the 4 well beaten eggs. Mix well. Bake in greased Angel Food pan for 1 1/2 hours in a 300 degree oven. When cold slice with a very sharp knife. Electric knife works well for slicing.

Loaf pans or mini pans would work well, also small nut cans for baking.
