BARLEY HOT DISH 
1 lb. ground beef
1 can tomato soup
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
3/4 c. cooked barley

Cook barley as directed. Brown ground beef with onion, salt and pepper. Add tomato soup, mushrooms and barley. Mix well and bake in oven at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
