COLORFUL CALIFORNIA COLESLAW 
Juice of 2-3 limes
Add 2-3 heaping tsp. honey
Grind in some black pepper

Whisk in a stream of 1/3 cup light salad oil so that it emulsifies evenly. Slice the following ingredients as thin as possible (preferably using a slicing or shredding device) : 1/4 head red cabbage 1 red bell pepper 1/2 red onion 4 lg. stalks celery 2-3 bunches radishes

Toss up the veggies and then toss in the dressing. This stuff is really good after the flavors have danced together for a day, or right when it is made fresh. Makes enough to take to a potluck!
