FRUIT PIZZA 
1 pkg. (20 oz.) Pillsbury sugar cookie dough
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (16 oz.) jar orange marmalade

Thaw dough to room temperature. Press dough on foil-lined pizza pan (also sprayed with Pam). Bake at 375 degrees for 13 to 15 minutes. Cool.

NOTE: 3/4 package of dough is recommended. If you like a thicker crust, use entire package.

Slide crust onto your serving plate or platter. Combine cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla. Mix well and spread on top of crust. Slice fruit - any fruit - fresh or canned or both and arrange on top in any design you choose.

Mix marmalade and about 2 to 3 tablespoons of water. Pour over fruit and chill. Serve cold and ENJOY!
