MORNAY SAUCE WITH CRAB 
1 c. heavy cream
1 c. chicken stock
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash cayenne
1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
1/4 c. grated Parmesan
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. crabmeat

Combine the cream, chicken stock, flour, salt and cayenne. Add the Swiss and Parmesan cheese to white sauce until it thickens. Saute in butter the chopped onion and green pepper. Add this mixture to the sauce. Last add the crabmeat. Serve over either rice, noodles or toast. This is great.
