1 can Del Monte stewed tomatoes
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Finely chopped celery, optional
Green stuffed olives, optional

Puree tomatoes in blender. Heat to boiling. Add Jello. Refrigerate. For a P.E.O. meeting Edna would slice olives and make a design. P.E.O.; Christmas; Officers; etc.

Makes 4-6 servings. For a crowd double or triple.
